Requirements
- •University degree in Computational Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or related field
- •PhD is a strong plus
- •Experience as Data Scientist, Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role
- •Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferred
- •Proficiency in data analysis and prototyping with Python or R
- •Experience with data integration workflows, analytical platforms, and visualization tools
- •Understanding of GenAI and Large Language Models is a plus
- •Understanding of pharmaceutical R&D pipeline and development
- •Ability to translate scientific challenges into product requirements
- •Strategic thinking, self-organization, and motivation
- •Proactive, solution-oriented mindset and execution focus
- •Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- •Ability to influence and align diverse teams
- •Fluent written and spoken English
- •Proficiency in German is a plus

Tasks
- •Collaborate with scientists and IT engineers on backtranslation solutions
- •Analyze complex preclinical and clinical datasets for drug development
- •Design and implement proof-of-concept solutions using R or Python
- •Drive data quality and FAIR data principles implementation
- •Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to delivery
- •Apply Agile project management methodologies to product delivery
- •Communicate roadmaps and progress to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- •Steer external scientific collaborations and interdisciplinary consortia
- •Establish innovative data sciences as a key value driver
