Requirements

  • Enrollment in a master's degree program in biology, immunology, biotechnology, or comparable field
  • Knowledge of fundamental immunological and molecular biological techniques (cloning, cell culture)
  • Enjoyment of teamwork
  • Proficiency in English and comfort in communicating with international clients

Tasks

  • Clone and express antibodies in various cells
  • Support the team in optimizing transient transfection protocols
  • Conduct expression analyses of cells using different methods
  • Sequence hybridoma cell lines
  • Perform quality controls of expressed antibodies independently
  • Plan and present experiments autonomously
