Requirements

  • Studium oder Ausbildung in Wirtschaftspsychologie, Erwachsenenbildung, Eventmanagement, Hotellerie oder vergleichbar
  • Hands-on-Mentalität, Team- und Serviceorientierung
  • Eigenständige und ordentliche Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative
  • Kommunikationstalent, fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Mindestens 5 Monate Praktikumserfahrung (freiwillig/Pflicht)
  • Wohnsitz in Berlin oder Umzugsbereitschaft, Interesse an Office-Kultur

Tasks

  • Organisation und Koordination von Trainings, Weiterbildungsprogrammen und Events
  • Vorbereitung von New Work Trainingsflächen
  • Betreuung von Trainings und Events vor Ort
  • Nachbereitung von Trainings
  • Beziehungsmanagement zu Teilnehmenden, Trainer:innen, Kooperationspartnern und Dienstleistern
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an Projekten zur Optimierung von Trainingsprozessen
  • Unterstützung im operativen Management
  • Förderung der wertschätzenden und wachstumsorientierten Kultur

Education

  • Bachelor's degree

Languages

  • German – Business Fluent
  • English – Business Fluent
