Requirements

  • At least three years of experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Strong expertise in DAX, data modeling, and Power Query (M)
  • Solid knowledge of relational databases, MDX, and SQL
  • Experience with enterprise data platforms (ideally Azure-based) and SAP BW / SAP Data Sphere
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or data catalog tools
  • Confident MS Office use (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); ability to create structured analyses, reports, and presentations
  • Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic with a strong results-driven mindset
  • Fluent German and English (written and spoken); clear and convincing presentation of ideas

Tasks

  • Design Power BI and SAP BW dashboards
  • Build reports and data visualizations
  • Optimize dashboards for Finance and Mobility platforms
  • Develop reusable reporting templates
  • Ensure templates comply with UX guidelines
  • Model data in Power BI Desktop
  • Follow best practices (star schemas, relationships, hierarchies, DAX measures)
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Finance team
  • Optimize data models for performance
  • Enhance data model usability
  • Ensure data model maintainability
  • Support report users
  • Analyze and troubleshoot errors
  • Assist advanced users
