Requirements
- Academic degree (M. Sc. and Ph.D.) in bioinformatics, informatics, physics, or related field
- Experience in next-generation sequencing data analysis, clinical context, actionable mutation interpretation, or pharmacogene genotyping
- Advantageous knowledge of cancer biology, pharmacogenomics, and drug treatment
- Good English skills
Tasks
- Identify targetable lesions for cancer patients.
- Analyze next-generation sequencing, epigenomic, proteomic data.
- Perform germline and somatic genotyping in pharmacogene loci.
- Provide clinically relevant interpretation of targetable lesions.
- Provide clinically relevant interpretation of drug metabolizer phenotypes.
- Evaluate molecular biomarkers for interventional clinical trials.
- Contribute to ISO 15189 quality management system.
- Develop workflows and pipelines for high-dimensional data.
- Develop research projects with dry/wet lab scientists.
