- •Strong background in experimental design and execution
- •Strong track record of scientific communication
- •Strong track record of collaborative work
- •Proficiency in spoken and written English
- •Evidence of collaborativity, creativity, and leadership
- •Knowledge of large-scale sequencing technologies
- •Knowledge of spatial biology approaches and cutting-edge technologies
- •Experience operating with Linux and high-performance clusters
- •Experience with R/Python and Snakemake or Nextflow

- •Investigate genomic mechanisms of sex-biased cancer development
- •Utilize model systems to study sex chromosomes and hormones in cancer
- •Develop a controlled cancer induction system in mice using chemical carcinogenesis
- •Analyze large-scale patient cohorts to understand DNA lesion persistence
- •Examine how genetic background influences cancer evolution
- •Repurpose microfluidics technology to study early mitoses after mutagenesis
- •Conduct large-scale genetic analysis with experimental models
- •Apply spatial and single-cell sequencing technologies to study tumorigenesis
- •Identify and classify cellular populations and niches in cancer
- •Develop computational approaches, including AI/ML, to interpret genetic changes
