Requirements
- PhD in physics, biomedical engineering, neuroscience, or related field
- Strong MRI acquisition and neuroimaging methods experience
- Solid programming skills (Python, MATLAB, or similar)
- Neuroimaging analysis tools experience
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Preclinical MRI systems experience (e.g., Bruker 9.4T)
- MRI sequence development experience
- Background in quantitative MRI or ultra-high-resolution imaging
- Interest in neurodegeneration or brain metal homeostasis
Tasks
- Develop MRI microscopy protocols
- Implement protocols on 9.4T preclinical scanner
- Design MRI methods for paramagnetic metals
- Acquire high-resolution MRI data
- Process and analyze MRI data
- Integrate MRI with quantum sensing
- Combine MRI with histological data
- Contribute to method development
- Validate methods
- Participate in scientific publications
