Requirements
- •High motivation and ambition
- •PhD in cell biology, molecular biology, tissue engineering or similar
- •Strong background in cell and molecular biology
- •Experience in life cell imaging, hiPSCs/hiPSC-cardiomyocytes, autoantibodies, and/or GPCR biology
- •Very good English language skills
- •Submission of CV, Letter of Motivation, and Letters of Recommendation
- •Short proposal regarding functional autoantibodies and mechanistic project

- •Develop alternative assays to detect functional GPCR-autoantibodies
- •Analyze approximately 300 patient serum samples
- •Implement genetically encoded reporter lines or receptor internalization visualization
- •Utilize human cell systems like hiPSC-derived cardiomyocytes
- •Establish human standard cell lines for testing
- •Lead a research project on disease mechanisms
- •Investigate the role of autoantibodies or immune cells
- •Contribute to the PERCOLATE research consortium
