- •Doctoral or postdoctoral experience in computational toxicology
- •Strong background in neuroscience or neurotoxicology ideally
- •Expertise in computer science
- •Interest in computational toxicology
- •Expertise in R or comparable coding language
- •Experience with GitHub for documentation and version control
- •Skill in modification of diverse datasets
- •Excellent spoken and written command of English
- •Previous mentorship experience

Tasks
- •Develop mechanistic hypotheses distinguishing DNT and ANT hazards
- •Collaborate with PARC colleagues on project goals
- •Extract and clean NAM-based data from toxicological databases
- •Analyze data from US EPA CompTox and Tox21
- •Identify chemicals for targeted experimental case studies
- •Synthesize and analyze new experimental data
- •Conduct comprehensive literature syntheses
- •Visualize and integrate complex toxicological datasets
- •Present research at professional meetings and conferences
- •Prepare manuscripts for peer-reviewed journal publication
- •Mentor and guide junior scientists
