Requirements
- •Strong programming skills in Python and/or R
- •Experience in system administration
- •Experience with single-cell RNA sequencing and/or single-cell ATAC sequencing data analysis
- •Experience with bulk epigenomic data, such as WGBS, RRBS, ChIP-seq or CUT&Tag
- •High degree of self-motivation
- •Strong written and spoken English skills and good working knowledge of German

- •Develop and maintain bioinformatics workflows for NGS data analysis
- •Conduct exploratory data analysis of large-scale genomic datasets
- •Design and execute independent research projects in data science and neuroepigenetics
- •Contribute to scientific publications and presentations
- •Provide IT support for scientific and non-scientific users
- •Maintain and plan IT infrastructure, including servers and storage solutions
