- Pronounced affinity for technical challenges
- Experience in statistical/mechanistical approaches for process optimization (e.g. DoE, Kinetic Modelling or Bayesian Optimization) desirable

Tasks
- Manage BMFTR-financed project within BI
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team
- Implement electrochemistry for small molecules
- Develop innovative approaches for process optimization
- Utilize flow chemistry advantages
- Design efficient workflows for experimental studies
- Conduct quick evaluations and material supply
- Present results in publications and conferences
- Network with colleagues across Drug Substance Development NCE
- Work with Drug Substance Development NCE US and Chemical Research
