- Analyze performance trends and exposure concentrations
- Propose and implement corrective actions
- Act as senior technical authority on complex underwriting
- Address emerging risk topics in engineering and construction
- Develop new solutions for evolving client needs
- Present financials and strategic topics to senior management
- Communicate portfolio performance clearly and confidently
- Ensure adherence to underwriting standards
- Maintain risk governance frameworks and portfolio controls
