Requirements

  • •Completed apprenticeship as a Polymechanic (EFZ)
  • •Several years of professional experience
  • •Hands-on experience in CNC machining on milling (3- and 5-axis) and turning centers
  • •Experience in CAM programming (Esprit TNG or similar)
  • •Good knowledge of Fanuc and Heidenhain controls
  • •Solid understanding of Geometrical Product Specifications (GPS)
  • •Strong mechanical understanding
  • •Interest in current technologies and continuous learning
  • •Flexibility and motivation
  • •Customer-oriented and quality-conscious work style
  • •High degree of initiative
  • •Quick comprehension and precise working style
  • •Good German and English skills

Tasks

  • •Manufacture complex mechanical components from various materials
  • •Execute orders based on 3D data, drawings, and sketches
  • •Create jigs and fixtures for mechanical components
  • •Program and set up CNC milling and turning centers
  • •Support the operation of 3D printers and laser cutters
  • •Perform conventional drilling, milling, and turning
  • •Advise engineers on feasibility and cost-effective production
