Description

As a PMO Analyst, you will play a crucial role in project coordination, focusing on data analysis and reporting. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve tracking expenses, preparing status reports, and providing insights to ensure projects stay on track and within budget.

Requirements

• •Initial experience in project support, project controls, or administrative role with financial or analytical component
• •Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• •Completed commercial training, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field, or comparable qualification
• •Solid understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management principles
• •Business-fluent in both German and English
• •High performance in a fast-paced environment
• •Collaborative, humble, and problem-solver
• •Ability to meet requirements for security clearance

Tasks

• •Collect and analyze project data on progress, schedules, and budgets
• •Track project expenses and assist with budget reconciliation
