Requirements

  • Initial experience in project support, project controls, or administrative role with financial or analytical component
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Completed commercial training, Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field, or comparable qualification
  • Solid understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and risk management principles
  • Business-fluent in both German and English
  • High performance in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative, humble, and problem-solver
  • Ability to meet requirements for security clearance

Tasks

  • Collect and analyze project data on progress, schedules, and budgets
  • Track project expenses and assist with budget reconciliation
  • Prepare financial and project status reports, analyzing variances
  • Forecast potential impacts on the project's budget and timeline
  • Identify trends in project risks and opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of mitigation strategies
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project plans
  • Ensure data accuracy and adherence to controlling standards
  • Coordinate project-internal requirements with central staff
  • Organize meetings and workshops for data presentation
  • Archive project-related documents and data for reporting
  • Build and maintain project steering dashboards
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for cost, schedule, and resources
  • Communicate project status to internal stakeholders
  • Prepare data-driven decision-making templates for management

Education

  • Vocational certificationOR
