- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Tasks
- Lead implementation and optimization of Siemens Teamcenter
- Support lifecycle management for aerospace engineering and manufacturing
- Ensure robust integration of product development and production processes
- Drive efficiency, traceability, and innovation in a regulated environment
- Configure and customize Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions
- Deploy PLM solutions tailored to aerospace requirements
- Manage data models, workflows, BOM structures, and change management
- Integrate PLM with CAD (NX), ERP, MES, and other systems
- Analyze and improve PLM-related business processes
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshoot issues
- Ensure system reliability and performance
- Develop and maintain documentation and training materials
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, program management, and vendors
- Translate business requirements into system solutions
- Support aerospace industry standards
- Implement data governance, traceability, and audit capabilities
- Lead or contribute to PLM projects
- Plan and manage project timelines, resources, risks, and communication
- Mentor junior PLM specialists
- Support cross-functional training initiatives
