- Implement standardized dispute resolution processes
- Identify inefficiencies in platform processes
- Implement improvements for scalable processes
- Perform data analyses and build BI reports
- Automate alerts and track key operational KPIs
- Collaborate with departments to standardize and optimize processes
- Provide strategic insights for platform enhancement
