Tasks
- Build and innovate SAP Business Technology Platform
- Consult business IT teams on platform usage
- Support and implement projects using SAP BTP and modern cloud frameworks
- Automate processes and BTP management via scripting
- Contribute to internal SAP BTP guidelines
- Design and code moderately complex programs and scripts
- Verify, test, document, and refactor code
- Apply agreed standards and tools
- Collaborate in work reviews
- Develop physical database and data warehouse design elements
- Interpret installation standards for project needs
- Produce database and data warehouse component specifications
- Review requirements and specifications
- Define test conditions
- Design and document test cases and scripts
- Record and report test outcomes
- Analyze and report test activities and results
- Identify and report issues and risks
- Produce software builds from source code
- Conduct integration tests and record failures
- Analyze and report integration test results
- Assist in software and equipment configuration
- Test platform-specific software versions
- Document faults and implement resolutions
- Monitor and log service performance
- Assess and analyze release components
- Provide input to scheduling
- Carry out builds and tests with testers and specialists
- Maintain and administer tools and methods
- Ensure information exchange with configuration management
- Maintain release processes and procedures
