Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Business Administration, IT, or related; or equivalent education/experience
  • Minimum 3 years SAP development experience in large projects
  • Proficient spoken and written English
  • At least 3 years IT experience
  • 1 year relevant area experience

Tasks

  • Build and innovate SAP Business Technology Platform solutions
  • Consult business IT teams on platform usage and services
  • Support and develop projects using SAP BTP and modern cloud frameworks
  • Automate BTP management activities through scripting
  • Contribute to and maintain internal SAP BTP guidelines
  • Design and verify moderately complex programs and scripts
  • Collaborate in code reviews with team members
  • Develop physical database and data warehouse design elements
  • Interpret installation standards for project needs
  • Define and document test conditions and specifications
  • Design and execute test cases and scripts
  • Report test activities and results
  • Identify and report issues and risks
  • Produce software builds from source code
  • Conduct integration tests and document failures
  • Analyze and report integration test results
  • Assist in software and equipment configuration
  • Test platform-specific software versions
  • Document and resolve faults
  • Monitor and log service performance against SLAs
  • Assess and analyze release components
  • Provide input to scheduling
  • Coordinate builds and tests with testers and specialists
  • Maintain and administer build tools and methods
  • Ensure information exchange with configuration management
  • Maintain release processes and procedures
