Requirements

  • •Experience with NoSQL, graph databases, or comparable technologies
  • •Understanding of graph and non-relational data modeling
  • •Experience in planning and executing database migrations
  • •Understanding of backend architectures and access patterns
  • •Experience operating databases in cloud environments
  • •Ability to translate requirements into data solutions
  • •Availability for business hours overlap in Germany
  • •Fluent English and advantageous German language skills
  • •Experience with relational databases and hybrid architectures
  • •Knowledge of performance tuning for graph workloads
  • •Familiarity with IaC, CI/CD, and DevOps
  • •Experience with database observability and monitoring
  • •Exposure to Node.js, .NET, or similar ecosystems
  • •Strong ownership mindset and platform responsibility
  • •Pragmatic problem-solver focused on sustainable solutions
  • •Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
  • •Interest in platform engineering and team enablement
  • •Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn
