- •Manage cross-platform dependencies and roadmaps
- •Design scalable and secure architectures
- •Balance performance with cost and security
- •Evaluate and select new technologies
- •Establish architectural standards and guardrails
- •Guide design decisions across squads
- •Drive automation and platform observability
- •Monitor KPIs to improve reliability
- •Maintain up-to-date architectural documentation
