- •Oversee all technical work at a major pharmaceutical site
- •Plan cross-trade maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- •Commission external contractors and schedule work in the FMS system
- •Assign executors to orders and track their completion
- •Verify correct feedback and reporting within the system
- •Coordinate material orders and contractor deployments with local contacts
- •Manage appointment scheduling in close cooperation with various representatives
- •Accept fault reports by phone and manage tickets
- •Support and ensure compliance with the Permit to Work process
- •Participate in early, late, and day shift rotations
