Tasks

  • Support senior team members in transaction origination.
  • Support senior team members in transaction execution.
  • Manage benchmark bond transactions.
  • Manage private placement transactions.
  • Liaise with DACH Financial Institution Groups (FIG).
  • Liaise with DACH Corporate Debt Group clients.
  • Support DACH FIG and Corporate DCM teams.
  • Prepare pitch books during preliminary transaction stages.
  • Collect market information for client coverage.
  • Collect market information for decision-making.
  • Prepare term sheets.
  • Prepare indicative pricing updates.
  • Condense research from various sources.
  • Prepare macro market updates for clients.
  • Prepare credit market updates for clients.

Education

  • Currently in higher education

Languages

  • English – Business Fluent
  • German – Basic

Tools & Technologies

  • MS Office
  • Bloomberg
  • Excel VBA
