- Master’s degree in Biological sciences with strong programming background
- Expertise in programming, Python or R

- Experience with genomics, transcriptomics, or NGS (plus)

- Utilize spatial transcriptomics datasets
- Develop transformer- and graph-based models
- Capture cellular responses across tissues
- Investigate systematic biases and biological confounders
- Develop computational strategies to correct biases
- Build predictive models for in silico perturbations
- Simulate genetic and pharmacological interventions
- Advance foundation models for host-pathogen systems
- Train, explore, and modify transformer models
- Characterize the impact of confounding variables
- Integrate multimodal host-pathogen data sources
- Establish pipelines for drug target discovery
- Apply models to immunological datasets
- Provide bioinformatics support to research groups
- Support teaching and training activities
- Contribute to independent research initiatives
