Requirements
- Good to very good university degree for doctoral studies in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, Information Systems, Engineering Sciences, or related disciplines
- Solid knowledge in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, or Agent Based Systems
- Experience with Python or comparable programming languages
- English language level C1
- German language level B2
- Structured, independent, and scientifically rigorous working style
- Strong motivation for interdisciplinary collaboration in industrial research environment
- Willingness to publish scientific results and pursue a doctorate in cooperation with an academic partner

- Define appropriate autonomy levels for Agentic AI
- Ensure safe, aligned, and ethical use of Agentic AI
- Design and validate comprehensive AI process automation concepts
- Conduct practical testing for AI process automation
- Assess scalability of AI process automation concepts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams
