  • •Proficiency in English
  • •High motivation, intellectual curiosity, and research enthusiasm

  • •Interest in neuroscience, stem cell biology, and neurodegeneration
  • •Good experience in tissue culture
  • •Desirable experience in hiPSC culture, differentiation, and brain organoids

  • •Desirable experience analyzing neuronal differentiation and cell death

Tasks

  • •Culture and maintain patient-derived iPSCs
  • •Manage control-derived iPSCs and brain organoids
  • •Phenotype structural and functional neural deficits
  • •Perform immunohistochemical analyses
  • •Conduct RNA imaging using FISH and RNAscope
  • •Execute electron microscopy on brain organoids
  • •Analyze human post-mortem tissue
