Requirements

  • Diploma or Master's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or related
  • Hands-on cell culture (2D/3D)
  • Hands-on CRISPR/Cas9 experience
  • Hands-on qPCR/Western blot experience
  • Experience or willingness to work with laboratory mice
  • Strong interest in skin cancer and tumor microenvironment
  • Prior work with organoids or carcinogenesis models advantageous
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • High motivation for research
  • Strong team spirit

Tasks

  • Conduct research on molecular and cellular mechanisms of cancer
  • Use advanced in vitro 3D organotypic models
  • Perform biochemical and molecular analyses
  • Conduct in vivo mouse carcinogenesis studies
  • Generate and characterize cell lines using cutting-edge techniques
  • Perform transcriptomic and proteomic analyses
  • Investigate key pathways in tumor biology
