Requirements
- Master's or diploma degree in electrical engineering, electronics, communication engineering, information technology, or comparable scientific studies
- Fundamental understanding of mixed-signal circuit architecture
- Experience in deep learning, hardware development, or memory technology (plus)
- Strong analytical and solution-oriented thinking skills
- Quick adaptation to new technical and scientific contexts
- Flexible and adaptive team player
- High motivation and focus on high-quality scientific publications and international conference presentations
- Good written and spoken English skills
Tasks
- Design analog and mixed signal circuits (ADC, DAC, PLL, VCO, CIM array)
- Implement and verify circuit layouts via simulation
- Utilize advanced CMOS technology nodes (28nm, 22nm, and below)
- Automate design and layouts using Skill programming
- Develop behavioral models for circuit verification
- Contribute to mixed-signal integration and verification in system-on-chip
- Summarize research results
- Engage in team discussions
- Communicate with project partners and customers
- Present findings at conferences
- Publish research in journals
