Pharmaceutical CIP/COP Technical Coordinator(m/w/x)
Supporting pharmaceutical clients with CIP/COP regime implementation and site surveys. Pharmaceutical cleaning validation experience required. Technical support for process optimization and TCO savings.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry or Engineering
- 5-8 years Pharma production experience (or Personal Care or Pharma adjacent)
- Pharmaceutical Cleaning Validation experience
- Understanding/troubleshooting of CIP/COP operations
- Commercial awareness and business function understanding
- Excellent oral and report writing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English
- Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field
- Proficiency with internal or external auditing
- Change control processes experience
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Ability to prioritise multiple projects with strong follow-through
- Flexibility to control multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to meet set deadlines
- Knowledge of cleaning and disinfection guidelines (e.g. EMA; FDA)
- Knowledge of CIP/COP guidelines (e.g. EMA; FDA)
- Understanding regulatory compliance frameworks (e.g. ISPE; ASTM)
- Ability to travel up to 50% internationally
Tasks
- Support clients in implementing CIP/COP regimes
- Review and advise on existing cleaning methods
- Conduct technical visits and site surveys
- Identify areas for compliance and efficiency improvements
- Technically support process optimization and TCO savings
- Bridge communication between customers and internal sales teams
- Provide technical expertise for complex customer issues
- Develop and manage a cleaning validation program
- Assist customers with change control processes
- Prepare technical documentation for SOPs and validation
- Train customers on cleaning and disinfection best practices
- Conduct customer-facing seminars on cleaning principles
- Deliver internal training on process optimization and validation
- Collaborate with R&D and Marketing to meet customer needs
- Influence key opinion leaders
