Requirements

  • Manage product lines end-to-end
  • Drive growth and profitability for HP Peripherals in DACH
  • Develop Peripherals category business plans
  • Implement sales and marketing plans across channels
  • Manage the 4P strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promo)
  • Deploy resources efficiently
  • Achieve profitable targets
  • Execute plans for HP Peripherals product lines
  • Manage detailed and executive business engagement
  • Engage with Central category and Sales teams
  • Create 1-year and 3-year regional plans
  • Align plans with key internal stakeholders
  • Present goal progress in regular forums
  • Communicate needs in regular forums
  • Inspire, coach, and motivate cross-functional teams
  • Exceed budget, revenue, and margin goals
  • Manage Peripherals product line and quota
  • Forecast revenue, share, and margin accurately
  • Manage business across key metrics
  • Ensure product availability in line-ups
  • Respond to changing seasonal requirements
  • Address competitive market pressures
  • Defend product benefits to customers and partners
  • Launch profitable, Time-to-Market product roadmaps
