Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on paid social campaign experience
- Strong Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads expertise
- Active campaign building and optimization
- App install, web conversion, or e-commerce campaign experience
- Solid full-funnel understanding and optimization
- Familiarity with tracking/attribution infrastructure (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Conversions API, MMPs like AppsFlyer or Adjust)
- Issue diagnosis and technical team collaboration
- Incrementality and measurement understanding (A/B tests, lift studies)
- Large dataset work (Excel/Google Sheets) for insights
- Strong communication (technical concepts to non-technical)
- Proactive, curious mindset for performance/process improvement
- Enjoyment of film
- Positive attitude, values, and personality
Tasks
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok.
- Support international client campaigns and user acquisition.
- Analyze campaign performance and datasets across markets.
- Identify trends and generate insights.
- Inform optimization, forecasting, and budget allocation.
- Own and contribute to a test-and-learn agenda.
- Design experiments and analyze results.
- Apply learnings across campaigns and regions.
- Collaborate with Design and technical teams on creative testing.
- Collaborate on tracking and attribution setup (pixels, CAPI, MMPs).
- Monitor key performance metrics (CPI, purchase costs, retention, LTV).
- Take action when performance deviates from targets.
- Continuously refine campaign setup (audiences, bidding, placements, creative).
