Description

In this role, you will drive new customer acquisition through a well-optimized paid social strategy tailored for the French market. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve analyzing performance data, collaborating with creative teams, and leveraging insights to enhance campaign effectiveness across platforms like Meta and TikTok.

Requirements

• •3-4+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce performance marketing
• •Proven track record of managing and scaling 7-digit budgets
• •Hands-on experience with META and at least one other major paid social channel
• •Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
• •Strong experience with feed-based advertising and product catalogues
• •Testing mindset and understanding of conversion lift and incrementality testing
• •Genuine passion for performance marketing
• •Genuine curiosity and eagerness to explore new ideas and tools
• •Fluency in English and French
• •2-5 years of experience

Tasks

• •Execute and optimize the full-funnel paid social strategy for the French market
• •Focus on driving new customer acquisition at an efficient CPA
• •Blend analytical skills with an understanding of French culture to enhance engagement
• •Brief the creative team to ensure ads balance performance data and cultural relevance
• •Manage campaign architecture on Meta, utilizing Advantage+ Shopping and other features
• •Support expansion into new channels like TikTok through testing and best practices
• •Manage and optimize large, feed-based campaigns such as Catalogue Ads and DPA
• •Utilize audience and product segmentation to maximize relevance and return
• •Analyze creative performance and identify actionable insights
• •Support a rigorous testing framework to understand performance drivers
• •Dive deep into performance data to report on French market specifics
• •Adapt strategy based on insights and trends from performance data
• •Collaborate with the French Country Team and creative teams
• •Coordinate strategy execution with the DACH Performance Marketing Team
