Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent HR certification
- •7+ years of experience in hiring, employee life cycle, HR compliance, and service delivery
- •Strong knowledge of local labor laws
- •Experience in process documentation and management
- •3+ years of experience in HR Shared Services and improvement in HR service delivery
- •Experience in a fast-paced technology company
- •Demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritize work
- •Excellent customer service and service quality improvement skills
- •Strong analytical skills and self-motivation
- •Collaborative, team player attitude with customer service mentality
- •Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, interpersonal, and organization
- •Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English and local language

- •Support HR programs and policies
- •Provide second-level HR customer service
- •Resolve HR inquiries from employees and leaders
- •Act as an escalation point for complex cases
- •Offer specialized support for employee hiring processes
- •Analyze and manage complex HR inquiries
- •Propose updates to procedures based on lessons learned
- •Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts for case management
- •Build relationships to deliver customer-centric HR services
- •Collaborate with Payroll for process improvement and compliance
- •Contribute to performance and compensation planning
- •Develop knowledge base articles for service delivery
- •Deliver training as needed
- •Monitor service level agreements for assigned services
- •Track service delivery KPIs and streamline processes
- •Propose and execute internal controls for People Services
- •Assist in coaching Tier 1 representatives
