- 3+ years HR Operations experience in fast-growing environment
- Strong understanding of operational best practices
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements
- Fluency in English
- Professional German proficiency (B2+ level) preferred
- Experience with HRIS and ticketing systems
- Ability to leverage technology for HR support
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets for reporting
- Comfortable organizing HR data with spreadsheets
Tasks
- Act as main People Operations contact for Germany
- Support employees in the United States
- Provide backup for other regions
- Drive pre-onboarding and onboarding processes
- Draft employment contracts and amendments
- Assist with relocation and immigration processes
- Manage time-off inquiries and entitlements
- Answer questions about benefits enrollment
- Prepare payroll data and ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records
- Extract data and create reports using HRIS
- Manage employee requests via ticketing system
- Collaborate via Slack as needed
- Educate employees and managers on HR policies
- Identify and implement process improvements
