Requirements
- Excellent academic track record, preferably in Economics, (Organizational) Psychology, Sociology, Law or equivalent
- 2-3 years of professional experience in HR, ideally operational
- Experience interacting with Senior Management at eye level
- Strong computer literacy in MS Office
- Knowledge of SAP-HR and SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Fluent German (spoken and written)

Tasks
- Manage and coordinate HR operations for management and staff
- Implement and align HR policies for Allianz SE (Holding)
- Develop and execute HR strategy in alignment with business strategy
- Counsel management on HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Consult on strategic HR topics
- Handle VAIT/DORA/TPRM/BCM/BIA processes and Business Continuity Management
- Prepare CSRD reports
- Comply with the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG)
- Serve as Data Privacy Champion for PIA, Vendor Management, and SAR requests
- Handle IRIS requests and overtime reporting
- Conduct Planning Dialog and Strategic Dialog
- Prepare analyses, reports, and decision-making templates for management and the executive board
- Administer and approve role reallocations and access permissions
- Support HR projects, process optimizations, and standardizations
- Develop HR services in collaboration with service providers
- Act as central interface between People & Culture and service providers
- Ensure the Retained Organization
- Maintain governance responsibility and strategic alignment of HR processes
- Ensure compliance with internal audit, compliance, information security, and data protection guidelines
