Requirements
- •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- •Hands-on experience managing outsourced payroll and time & attendance processes
- •Strong working knowledge of payroll legislation, tax, and social security requirements
- •Experience working with Time & Attendance systems and their integration with payroll
- •Confidence in managing payroll vendors and resolving operational issues
- •Well organized and detail-oriented
- •Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll/HR systems (e.g. SAP, SuccessFactors, ADP)
- •Relevant payroll or HR certifications preferred
- •Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- •Background in supporting a manufacturing or industrial workforce preferred
- •Experience supporting payroll system transitions or process standardization desirable
- •Willingness to travel up to 25% as required

Tasks
- •Manage end-to-end payroll delivery across EMEA
- •Prepare, review, and validate payroll inputs and outputs
- •Resolve payroll discrepancies with HR, Finance, and vendors
- •Ensure compliance with local tax, social security, and labor laws
- •Provide operational support for SAP Employee Central Payroll
- •Test and resolve issues related to payroll upgrades
- •Administer Time & Attendance systems for data accuracy
- •Produce payroll and time reports for audits and year-end activities
- •Support salary reviews and bonus payments
- •Administer statutory benefits programs
- •Manage a small regional payroll team
- •Drive continuous improvement in payroll processes
