Description

As a Payroll Manager, you will ensure accurate payroll processing for employees across Europe while leading a team and collaborating with various stakeholders. This role involves maintaining compliance with regulations, managing pension plans, and driving process improvements.

Tasks

• •Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing for employees across multiple European countries
• •Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and internal policies
• •Lead a team of three employees and collaborate with an external payroll provider
• •Work closely with internal payroll departments and stakeholders
• •Streamline payroll processes while accommodating local mandatory requirements
• •Drive consistent process improvement in payroll operations
• •Ensure compliance with Payroll Accounting under US and local GAAP
• •Manage pension plans and company cars
• •Stay updated on changes in regional payroll laws and regulations
• •Support fiscal year-end close for payroll-related information
