Payroll Analyst(m/w/x)
Payroll processing, audits, and reconciliations for a nuclear industry provider, using SAP and SuccessFactors. Five years' German payroll experience and pension law knowledge essential. Peer-to-peer recognition program, Employee Assistance Program.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economic or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years’ experience in German payroll environment
- Experience with SAP and SuccessFactor (positive)
- Very good understanding of payroll terms
- Knowledge in German payroll and pension law
- Great skills in Microsoft package, especially Excel
- Fluent German and English (speaking and written)
Tasks
- Support payroll processing
- Complete payroll audits
- Perform payroll reconciliations
- Handle daily operational activities with the payroll provider
- Analyze and validate payroll outputs
- Review G2N/WTR reports, pay slips, time data
- Support payroll compliance tasks
- Ensure legally required third-party payments and reporting
- Maintain employee records
- Manage voluntary and involuntary deductions
- Prepare regular and ad hoc payroll reports
- Improve payroll vendor relationships
- Maintain written procedures for compliance and processes
- Manage reporting for employee pension and benefits
- Manage reporting for employer matching
- Maintain accurate payroll and pension records
- Use HR and Finance systems for record keeping
- Ensure accurate reporting to pension administrators
- Assist in resolving salary, insurance, and pension account issues
