Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Aerospace, Aeronautical, Material Sciences)
- 5+ years Aerospace industry experience (design, integration, certification)
- 5+ years Design/Production Organization experience (EASA/FAA approved)
- Preferable: Current/recent Design Review/Verification Engineer (DVE/DRE) for interiors
- Experience with aircraft interior design/modification programs
- High attention to detail
- Knowledge of airworthiness requirements (CS/FAR 25, ETSO/TSO)
- 5+ years experience leading complex projects
- Experience influencing team members and stakeholders
- Willingness to develop, mentor, and coach staff
