Tasks

• •Deliver high-quality service for a seamless passenger experience
• •Support daily operations at check-in, security, and gates
• •Verify passenger documents and perform security screenings
• •Monitor operational areas and escort passengers as needed
• •Collaborate with Lead Agents to manage flight areas
• •Complete administrative tasks before and after flight departures
• •Represent the company by maintaining professional uniform standards
• •Promote and sell the company's products and services
• •Complete all compulsory training within assigned deadlines
• •Promote and follow safe working practices at all times
