Legal research and drafting of inter-company agreements for a global information services provider. Law degree and prior experience in a corporate legal department required. Eight weeks of work-from-anywhere per year.
Requirements
- Law degree, equivalent legal qualification, or practice admission
- Experience in law firm or corporate legal department
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Ability to master internal IT systems
- Self-starter mentality and independent work style

Tasks
- Conduct legal research and analysis on global operations
- Draft, review, and negotiate inter-company and third-party agreements
- Assist with M&A due diligence and transaction support
- Prepare board minutes, materials, and committee charters
- Coordinate board meetings and governance activities
- Manage the end-to-end document execution process
- Ensure timely contract signatures, notarization, and legalization
- Coordinate with external notaries and apostille services
- Maintain records of authorized signatories and key personnel
- Organize executed documents in contract management systems and files
- Coordinate internal meetings and investment committee approvals
- Manage calendars and prepare agendas for governance activities
- Support compliance initiatives and multi-jurisdictional regulatory filings
- Identify opportunities to streamline legal operations and workflows
- Develop and implement processes to enhance department effectiveness
- Drive broader legal department projects and initiatives
- Manage multiple workstreams and adapt to shifting priorities
