Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in packaging design or similar role
- Confidence with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong skills in retouching and artwork production
- Experience with AI workflows (plus)
- Understanding of printing techniques
- Knowledge of preparing production-ready files
- Strong eye for layout, detail, and visual consistency
- Structured and efficient work approach
- Ownership of work
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
Tasks
- Create new packaging designs
- Adapt existing packaging designs
- Work within the design system
- Retouch product photography
- Prepare clean, print-ready files
- Handle flexo printing
- Create high-quality digital packshots
- Use assets across channels
- Identify printing issues
- Collaborate with partners to solve production issues
- Ensure consistency in packaging assets
- Maintain high quality in all assets
Work Experience

Education
- High school diploma
