You ensure compliance with PA and QA policies while managing project responsibilities and processes. Your role includes monitoring metrics, analyzing issues, and supporting audits to uphold quality standards.

Requirements

• •2 years in space systems activities
• •2 years in project Quality Assurance
• •Good knowledge of ISO standards
• •Good knowledge of ECSS standards
• •Hands-on experience in QA processes
• •Hands-on experience in risks management
• •Experience in international quality standards
• •Hands-on experience in managing procured items
• •Knowledge of requirements management tools
• •Experience in collaborative programs
• •Proven experience in service desk role
• •Strong understanding of Intellectual Property Rights
• •Relevant certifications in IPR are a plus
• •Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• •Good interpersonal skills
• •Very good attitude to teamwork

Tasks

• •Support PA & QA policies for projects.
• •Implement plans and define project responsibilities.
• •Maintain PA & QA procedures in assigned area.
• •Ensure correct implementation of relevant processes.
• •Manage System Requirement Document and change requests.
• •Organize and support Anomalies Review Boards.
• •Analyze QA critical issues and propose actions.
• •Monitor established metrics for main processes.
• •Attend progress meetings and identify QA concerns.
• •Review team documents from a QA perspective.
• •Organize project reviews and act as Review Secretary.
• •Support QA audits as needed.
• •Provide QA consultancy for Configuration Management.
