Standardizing and blueprinting systems across 40 electronics manufacturing sites to integrate shop floor machinery with corporate IT. Over 10 years of operational technology experience in manufacturing environments required. Global architecture community participation, hybrid work model.

Requirements

• •Master’s degree in computer science, automation, electrical engineering, or related field
• •Over 10 years of operational technology experience in manufacturing
• •At least 5 years of OT and IT integration experience
• •Experience in corporate IT/OT technology and architecture management
• •Knowledge in industrial processes, machinery, and control systems
• •Expertise in IT/OT convergence and industrial network principles
• •Familiarity with industrial cybersecurity best practices
• •Business-fluent English and strong communication skills

Tasks

• •Drive OT Solution Architecture for over 40 Electronics sites
• •Collaborate closely with local teams and corporate IT
• •Standardize and blueprint OT systems
• •Ensure seamless integration with IT infrastructure
• •Attend OT Architecture Communities of Practice
• •Incorporate customer feedback into global initiatives
• •Develop a global OT technology strategy
• •Create architecture guidelines aligned with risk and continuity standards
• •Evaluate emerging IT/OT technologies and provide implementation recommendations
• •Train IT teams on OT technology best practices
• •Guide cybersecurity control implementation within OT system designs
• •Ensure adherence to industry cybersecurity standards
• •Establish scalable, secure, and efficient OT connectivity
• •Set the foundation for IT/OT data exchange
• •Support global Industry 4.0 ambitions
