- Domain knowledge in manufacturing processes, machinery, and control systems
- Domain knowledge in OT systems (IO, PLC, HMI, SCADA, DCS, Historians, MES/EBR)
- Domain knowledge in industrial networks (Fieldbus, network architecture, ISA-99)
- Expertise in IT/OT convergence and integration
- Understanding of industry regulations and compliance standards for OT
- Experience in GxP environments beneficial
- Experience in ServiceNow platform and ITIL Framework beneficial
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to interact with senior management in a matrix organization
- Problem solving, project and time management capabilities
- Business-fluent English skills
Tasks
- Enforce IT/OT Security Standard
- Support architecture decisions
- Co-lead sector OT cybersecurity Community of Practice
- Represent Life Science OT in Center of Excellence
- Partner with sector IT on cybersecurity roadmaps
- Support site OT on data classification
- Conduct security assessments
- Manage risk and compliance activities
- Drive GEAR adoption
- Promote OT CMDB and ServiceNow use
- Raise cybersecurity awareness
- Build accountable OT organization
- Create cybersecurity SoPs
