- •Prior experience in order fulfillment, logistics, or supply chain support
- •Experience working with B2B or key account delivery processes
- •Familiarity with EXW, FOB, and basic export documentation
- •Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- •Clear communication skills and collaborative work ethic
Work Experience
approx. 1 - 4 years
Tasks
- •Process and release sales orders to the warehouse
- •Communicate order priorities and special packing instructions to warehouse staff
- •Ensure accuracy of packing slips, labels, and shipping documents
- •Manage compliance with shipping guidelines for retail and wholesale accounts
- •Collaborate with account managers and customer service to resolve fulfillment issues
- •Assist with coordination of international shipments under EXW and FOB terms
- •Prepare shipping documentation such as commercial invoices and packing lists
- •Liaise with freight forwarders and international customers for shipping compliance
- •Manage intake and processing of warranty claims for shipped orders
- •Investigate issues with customer service, warehouse, and quality control teams
- •Coordinate returns, replacements, or credits for warranty claims
- •Communicate claim status and resolutions to stakeholders and customers
- •Update order status and shipment tracking in ERP and inventory systems
- •Support supply chain team with logistics coordination and problem-solving
- •Maintain organized records for shipments, warranty claims, and communications
