In this role, you will ensure smooth production by operating and monitoring lines, conducting quality checks, and resolving equipment issues. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean workspace and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• •Vocational training as a machine and plant operator or comparable technical qualification
• •Knowledge of operating production equipment and control systems
• •Strong sense of safety and responsibility
• •Independent and meticulous working style
• •Ability to work in a team and willingness to participate in work groups
• •Willingness to work shifts and engage in job-specific training
• •Proficiency in German (spoken and written)
• •Basic IT skills

Tasks

• •Operate and monitor production lines
• •Perform quality checks and document results
• •Analyze and resolve machine malfunctions
• •Assist with repairs and maintenance
• •Implement measures to reduce scrap
