In this role, you will be actively involved in the production of polyol mixtures and prepolymers, ensuring smooth operations by monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and participating in safety initiatives.

Requirements

  • Completed training as a chemical technician, production specialist in chemistry, or comparable technical training
  • Experience in operating technical systems in batch production
  • Fluent German and basic knowledge of English
  • Technical understanding for independent troubleshooting
  • Teamwork and independent, careful working style
  • Initiative, engagement, and willingness to learn
  • Strong awareness of occupational safety
  • Forklift license, ideally with driving experience

Tasks

  • Operate various systems for producing polyol mixtures and prepolymers in batch production
  • Control and monitor production and auxiliary systems using a process control system
  • Load and unload tank trucks and operate filling systems
  • Analyze process data to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Perform basic maintenance tasks
  • Participate in safety, health, and improvement programs
