Requirements

Tasks
- Oversee and support operational and visual processes
- Investigate inventory accuracy issues and their root causes
- Partner with General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
- Champion strong visual standards using business performance data
- Support sell-through management by ensuring inventory count accuracy
- Coordinate labor hours for efficient product deliveries
- Support a safe work environment and efficient operations
- Represent the business in meetings and conference calls
- Manage the budget, reporting, and business data with General Manager
- Monitor expenses and sell-thru metrics
- Inform planning processes, including quarterly business reviews
- Plan future workflows to protect optimal performance
- Ensure the Operations and Visual team communicates ALO's mission
- Lead the team through accountability and coaching
- Develop team talent and elevate communication
- Establish internal and external talent pipelines
- Develop recruitment strategies
- Write effective schedules prioritizing business strategy
- Oversee execution of the ALO Sales and Service Model
- Collaborate with business partners to support organizational goals
- Navigate the organization balancing business needs and brand culture
