- Manage stakeholder relationships
- Work on project-based assignments
- Maintain process documentation
- Monitor adherence to standards
- Prepare continuity materials
- Support resilience initiatives
- Manage crisis response
- Participate in CSR activities
- Support local community initiatives
- Organize and inspire local communities
- Design and implement employee engagement formats
- Foster a vibrant, inclusive, and collaborative culture
- Encourage knowledge sharing
- Reinforce a sense of belonging
- Ensure positive employee experiences
