- Analyze inventory levels, capacity constraints, and production deviations
- Define and maintain planning parameters (e.g., safety stock, lead time, lot size)
- Perform ABC/XYZ analysis
- Optimize inventory strategy
- Identify and implement actions for process efficiency and supplier performance
